First Show

Last night was the first show in our new venue, tentatively being called Space Mountain, and I am pleased to report that the evening went swimmingly after much preparation. The evening was kicked off with some help from our good friend Margaret Glaspy followed by a poetry reading by Joey Risch and then on to The Bootz Orchestra who are in the midst of a U.S. tour.
Thanks to everyone who came out and thank you to all of the bands for performing and making it an excellent evening.
If you would like to be in the loop for further shows be sure to check back frequently for announcements or subscribe to this weblog. Our next show is tentatively planned for Halloween. It will be frightening. We guarantee it.

An Introduction

Welcome to the inaugural address of the AAAA (Pronounced Four A) blog. This weblog represents the activities of a newly formed music label and artistic venue. It will serve as a look into the creative output of the society's members and their output.

Look forward to the music, illustrations, writings, ideas, surveys, and announcements for shows put on by the society in this place. We've currently set a goal of rendering one finished recording each week, so expect a great deal of music to appear in the upcoming weeks. Be sure to check back frequently and post feedback on our new material as it develops.
